Google Maps Now Explores Antarctica

Today over at the Google Blog, Google announced that they’ve added a few new destinations you can view on Google Street View. Now, you can view the Irish countryside, the beaches of Brazil and even select areas of Antarctica. The addition of Brazil and Antarctica means that you can now see street views of all seven continents. Perhaps the most entertaining feature of this new addition to Street View is that when you drag the orange pegman icon on to one of the select locations in Antarctica, it turns into a little penguin icon.
