Toothpick San Francisco

What can you do with over 100-thousand toothpicks? Well, assuming that you have a few thousand free hours and you’re the artist Scott Weaver, you’d take those toothpicks and make a model of San Francisco. Weaver’s amazing tribute, called “Rolling Through The Bay”, includes such landmarks as Coit Tower, Alcatraz, Chinatown and whatever the Giants’ stadium is called these days (as of this writing, it’s AT&T Park). On top of all that, Weaver’s included several ramps and paths for ping pong balls to roll down. For more info on this amazing piece of work, go to Weaver’s website or watch his tour of his work in this video.
