Batman and Snoopy

Did you know that Snoopy and Batman once met? In this one of a kind piece of art, we see America’s favorite beagle in his World War I Flying Ace costume discovering the Caped Crusader sleeping on Snoopy’s dog house. This sketch was drawn by Peanuts creator Charles Schultz for legendary Batman and DC Comics artist and editor Carmine Infantino. This piece of art by the late Schultz currently hangs in Infantino’s house. The dedication from one comics legend to another reads “To Carmine Infantino with friendship + every best wish. -Charles M. Schultz.”

Thanks to Comics Alliance for this discovery.
