Mittens Romney

Vanity Fair and 60 Minutes recently teamed up to poll Americans about their knowledge and opinions of society and politics. One question posed to those chosen Americans was to give the real first name of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney. 20% of all respondents thought that his name really is Mitt, while only 6% correctly said his first name was Willard. However, what’s most interesting is that 2% of polled Americans said that candidate Romney’s first name was Mittens. Truth be told though, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a fan of the former Massachusetts governor who has named his or her cat “Mittens Romney.”
